  11. North American sausage making is disgusting for the masses, it's made of chicken, pork, beef and whatever filling garbage they can throw in it….I don't trust American sausages as far as I can throw them.

  14. I am an American who has lived in Japan for five years and I am not surprised at all by this guy's skill. I have found most sausage in Japan to be excellent. The only kind I miss is sweet Italian sausage which I have not been able to find here. On average, Japanese sausage is better than that found in the US.

  20. Appreciate the skills of the folks very much. Have been to Japan many times and it is a superclean place but nevertheless it's really better when handling raw meat destined for consumers to use gloves.
