QUICK REVIEW: This is a budget hotel which at first looks good but there are problems with the lack of heating and it is also very noisy with sounds from inside the hotel echoing through the walls. The staff had never mentioned before that there was no heating, providing a small portable heater in the room. This was nowhere near heating the room adequately and they only acknowledged the issue after being asked about the lack of heat control via the thermostat. The staff should be honest and explain that no heating works in winter before check-in so we can find another place. They provided another blanket when I asked for it but I still had a very uncomfortable and cold night! Luma is not recommended because the staff is not honest. 2 Stars.
