Great decision!
We discovered that Crockfords was the quickest and most convenient for accessibility after looking at the maps and other materials.
So, we did, and we’re not sorry we did! The depot, which is directly below the hotel, is where the coach buses stop. (The First World Hotel is another easily accessible hotel, but expect a significant wait when checking in.) The hotel staff was excellent and extremely helpful!
A buggy service will take you to their lobby from the mall exit. Hence, to get up and go when you’re tired, just ring the bell. So they welcome you, carry your bags, find you a seat, and offer you orange juice as soon as you arrive! Very sweet!
Although the views from the rooms are fantastic, the night view is the most lovely! The place is really clean. I’m a totally neat, organized, and clean freak. Thus, the crew did a terrific job cleaning. The best aspect was how they pleasantly surprised people with delicious baked goods over the days. On Day 2 night & Day 3, I received macarons & brownies, respectively.
How amazing, huh? Easy check-in and check-out. (Remember to save aside 200RM for the hotel deposit.) Although their drinks and snacks are paid for, they do offer a variety. The mall is incredibly large, and there are shops and restaurants everywhere you turn or enter.
You can walk down to the outdoor theme park as well because it is truly connected. You will have a variety of options for meals, however, Muslim travelers should inquire as to whether the restaurant is halal or not. There are several options, some of which were not even halal.

The bus brought “Getaway” to Awana. Check-in begins at 1 pm. The hotel offers a shuttle service for its guests. At about 12.30 p.m., I went to the First World Hotel lobby. On schedule, the shuttle arrived and went. Given that the van bears the name of the hotel, you can immediately identify it.
Travel time to the hotel is 15 minutes. Each ride costs only RM 5. Available from 10 a.m. till late at night, from the hotel to First World Lobby. 10.30 am to around midnight from the First World Lobby to the hotel It could be modified. To make sure, call the hotel immediately.
Even if you are a lone traveler, the vehicle will depart on schedule. Either the driver or the hotel reception desk will accept payment. However, as they will provide you with a receipt, I advise paying at reception immediately. It would be best to book in advance for busy days like holidays or weekends because there are only a certain number of seats available.
There is only 1 shuttle running at the time of my stay. I doubt there are any others. If I forget to book the trip back to the hotel, I can simply take the shuttle whenever I want as long as it is not completely full; the driver will permit you to do so. I can now see how helpful this service is because I don’t have to worry about getting to or from the hotel. Staff members are courteous and friendly. Location Being tranquil and apart from the mob makes it excellent.
As a result of the extreme cold, you don’t need to turn on the air conditioning. The room was well-maintained. The phone in the room wasn’t working. I then used WhatsApp to speak with them. They would be the first to recognize it and attend to your needs.
Should you need anything fixed or require extra toiletries, call the front desk, and they will respond promptly. They also fixed my room phone as requested.
The lock on my balcony was not working. When I returned from the mall after reporting it and it had already been corrected. When they initially arrived, they knocked on my door and inquired whether I needed any additional water, tea, or toiletries, among other things, which they could supply. Extremely pleased with the hospitality! Employees are all very nice, whether it’s the receptionist, the chef in the breakfast cooking nook, or the cleaner.
The accommodation is really clean and new, quite pleasant to stay in, and the view is lovely! Breakfast diversity is excellent, with numerous cuisine options and a premium hotel breakfast buffet.
I really enjoy the breakfast here! Although the position is in the middle, the region has a lot of great meals at midnight, particularly Loklok. They even provide a gym room for those who enjoy working out. I will surely recommend it to my friends and return it. Thanks

My family enjoyed their visit.” It’s still relatively new and quite clean; we also like the location because we can get Lok Lok to dine at night in the small town a few kilometers away. The food in this location is less expensive than that further up the mountain.
Delicious and reasonably priced meal! However, the hotel breakfast was not particularly nice; the cream soup was watered down and insipid.
So was the noodle soup, which tasted like noodles in water. We ate our fill despite the fact that there wasn’t much to choose from munching the buffet. In the future, some culinary changes would be welcome.

Great place, comfortable and clean with great service”
The hotel room is big, clean, comfortable, and cute! I must say that basic amenities like a toothbrush, shampoo, body wash, water, and slippers are provided. An excellent budget hotel for families traveling with small children. The staff is very respectful, positive, and friendly.
Very convenient to the mall as well. I really must add that the room has a ceiling-mounted rotating fan. It was a plus because most of the hotels I stayed at in Genting did not have it due to the weather. However, Genting is not as cold as it used to be. So the fan is really a plus for me.
Not to forget the beautiful view I got in the valley wing. So grateful to wake up and see such beautiful scenery and breathe fresh air. Thank you very much Genting Theme Park Hotel. I really like the service and the place and I am also very happy! I will be back! Proceed!

It was our first time staying here as the first hotel in the world to fully book…we tried our luck booking a room for 4. When we arrived to check in at the lobby I was surprised…as the lobby is beautiful. .. a place to take pictures and a playground for children – children.
-the room is also spacious…I would say the design is great…you have to stay here to feel it…there are 2 queen beds which are very comfortable for 3 of us…free breakfast too…to eat on the 4th floor or G-floor…we choose 4th floor…4 free breakfast-nasi lemak,fried teow kuey and capati and latte is very good!!

I had an emergency problem with my father but the Hotel Manager and the Doctor were helpful”
The room was clean and spacious.
My father coincidentally had diarrhea on the night of December 29, 2018, for more than 6 times pain in the middle of the night until 2 am. manager Ms. Fanny Ng. They heal quickly in 1 hour.
They also tracked the food my father ate in Genting. He feels really safe and calm when you see how they work with such attention and care. In addition, a security guard will be present during the entire process.
I will definitely be back again because they take care of those who stay here. It is a point in my favor of me. Not to forget the beautiful view I got in the valley wing. So grateful to wake up and see such beautiful scenery and breathe fresh air.

Since there were no rooms available at the Genting Skyworld hotel, which is a little bit more uphill from the mall and theme park, we chose to stay at the Resort World hotel Awana instead.
We enjoyed our stay in the room on the 21st floor, which gave us a view of the enormous valleys and mountains.
The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the nearby (5-minute drive) Genting Premium Outlet and Awana Skyway cable car. Ten minutes by cable car and possibly fifteen minutes by automobile will get you to the hilltop Genting Skyworld theme park and retail.
The hotel appeared to have recently undergone renovations upon arrival, and the staff was welcoming and willing to help. Mashita, a member of the front desk staff, was very accommodating to our requirements and answered any questions we had.

Moreover, water stations in the rooms and refillable water bottles are encouraged.
Overall, a good stay for our large family and a substitute stay to go to the main Genting Resort World site.

Agoda was used to make the reservation for my husband and my father, who is 96 years old. That was a straightforward internet setup.
The staff informed me afterward that I didn’t need to add an extra bed because the rooms could accommodate 4 people when I immediately called the hotel to request one for my daughter who had flown in.
I was pleased to see that the staff was making an effort to help. She said, “already done,” when I questioned further about if my requests for a higher level and a view of the golf course (my husband insisted on these 2 must-haves) could be accomplished. And it’s true that my spouse was nothing but complimentary about the arrangement I had made.
My spouse has likely attended Awana five times in total; the first four visits were handled by my office staff-in-charge while I was away on business. And since it was a leisure trip, this was my first time booking through Agoda. Thank you to Agoda and Awana for the excellent service.

If you visit Genting Highlands, you should try it. The weather is pleasant here.
Pros: Awe-inspiring view from the facilities level. The reception was joyful and nice. The room and cleanliness are excellent.
The room has a simple yet roomy style. Cons: The guardhouse security is not very friendly. When we entered the hotel, he stopped us without saying anything and asked, “What are you doing here?” I informed him that we needed to check in, but he simply walked away without saying anything.
We went out for lunch and returned at 3.15 pm when the same guard stopped us and asked the same question. He didn’t say anything else. Another security stopped us at the lobby entry and advised us where to park. We keep silent because it’s not pleasant.
I didn’t expect to be treated like a celebrity, but being pleasant is essential in the service profession. There are no hotel slippers in the room, but the floor is cold at night.
There is no toothbrush given. The safety box was locked and could not be opened. The food at the restaurant was not very good. Other than this, everything else is excellent!

Pros: Very clean! Beautiful pools, and extremely nice and helpful personnel. Breakfast includes a variety of foods. Stores and a gas station were nearby. Absolutely gonna stay here again if I had another chance.
1. Room: The water in the bathroom is pretty slow. Going to the parking lot was initially perplexing. We got lost hunting for the parking lot when we wanted to go out. Really, it’s quite amusing. Simply ask around; the staff was quite helpful.
2. Breakfast: Plenty of options, but the nasi lemak and sambal were disappointing. Others are fine. To get to the pool, take the elevator to the 40th floor, then the steps, and then another elevator to the 41st floor. The view from the higher floor was spectacular.
